I went in to have a transmission issue checked out. I suspected that the fluid was low and asked them to check it and perform a oil change. At the end of the day they called and said it would be a few m suspected that the fluid was low and asked them to check it and perform a oil change. At the end of the day they called and said it would be a few more days before they can look at the transmission. I told them I had to have it back the next morning so would they make sure to check the transmission fluid before I pick it up. A few hours later they called and said the fluid level was fine and they think the transmission problem is electrical. So I picked it up. And waited till the next opportunity to have it in the shop. In the meantime I repaired my backup vehicle and then scheduled the transmission work at a different dealership. After diagnosis of the problem, the 2nd dealership found almost no fluid in the transmission and a leaking tail housing seal. They also said that no one had checked the fluid as the dipstick was covered in heavy dirt and oil. So I will not be going back to Prestige Ford because they Intentionally LIED to me. Zero stars for them. More

Service did not find and fix my problem - this was my second time taking my car to them for the same issue. Nice people but frustrating that the problem was not resolved. The salesman Eli gets a 10 out of 10. The sale was quick and easy. I had called a month ago and asked him to call me when he got the electric car I was interested in.
