Both were super helpful in getting all the paperwork done rapidly so I didn’t have to spend much time when picking the car up. Nice tutorial of the car was given and both were great in taking care of all logistics. If looking for a Hyundai, even if not in the Kingston area, take a drive to see Chris or Angie and I’m sure they will assist you like they helped me. This is a GREAT dealer and an HONEST dealer! My past experience with dealers has been truly harrowing. All dishonest, trying to deceive you and rip you off at every turn. I was at first very alarmed at how easy it seemed to get things done and was very afraid there was going to be an attempt to rip me off in the end. But nope. It was quick and easy from beginning to end. No haggling, no deception, no dishonesty. Just a very quick and fair price on my trade in up front, a large discount on the new car offered up front on top of incentives, and a buying process that was very streamlined and efficient. And they kept their word on their offers all the way through. No changes in the end. The back office isn't that bad either. They try to sell you warranties and gap insurance but nothing stupid that insults your intelligence like scotchgard, etc. Best experience by far I've ever had! More
