It was the first time I had worked with a female salesperson and it was a pleasure. Michele is friendly and all the good things you want from a salesperson but she is professional and straight forward. We spoke on the phone, and when we got there the deal was exactly what she said it would be...no bait and switch. She tells it like it is with a smile! What was amazing was she was the only person who even attempted to talk to why the seat heaters in the newer cars are different than the older ones...whether she was right or wrong, it was logical and she didn't just brush me off... We will be back to see her next year when my husband's leases his third. More
