Went there to ask for a test drive and met up with my sales guy, Karim Ammar. They didn’t have one available for a test drive, so we set up an appointment for a future date. We showed up at the correct date and time and he wasn’t there, forgot all about it, and they didn’t have the car. So we traveled there and wasted our time. So while we were there we were given a new sales guy, Tony Herrera. He says he will get the car in and call us to set up an appointment. He calls us a week or so later, he has the car, and we say we will be down the next day. We show up the next day, and the car is gone. Apparently Tony says, it was sold. No phone call to tell us that, so again we wasted our time. So my husband calls the sales manager, and the receptionist says that Monica will call him back. That never happened. Horrible customer service, and at this point, I’m not wasting any more of my time. There are many many more Lexus dealers out there. More
We had an excellent experience at Prestige Lexus. No high pressure tactics and extremely personable salespeople. I would highly recommend this dealership. No high pressure tactics and extremely personable salespeople. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Misrepresented Warranty Products and No Resolution After Two Weeks I have been a loyal Prestige Lexus of Ramsey customer since 2006, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I was sold Two Weeks I have been a loyal Prestige Lexus of Ramsey customer since 2006, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I was sold what I was told were Lexus OEM warranty and service products — including a Lexus extended warranty, Lexus road‑hazard protection, and “free oil changes for the life of ownership.” Two years later, I discovered that none of these were Lexus products. They were after‑market Lithia Motors service contracts that most Lexus dealerships will not honor. This was never disclosed at the time of sale and has caused significant issues when trying to obtain service. I have been speaking with Robert Stalter, Jr. for over two weeks, and despite multiple follow‑ups, there has been no progress, no updates, and no resolution. I was told I would be copied on emails to managers, but I never received anything. The lack of transparency and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Consumers deserve honesty when purchasing warranty and service products. Misrepresenting after‑market plans as Lexus OEM coverage is unacceptable, and the refusal of multiple Lexus dealerships to honor these plans confirms the problem. I am simply asking for what I was told I purchased: genuine Lexus warranty coverage, genuine Lexus road‑hazard protection, and a genuine Lexus maintenance plan. After two weeks of trying to resolve this directly, I still have no answers. More
