"Brought car in because emergency lights were on"

My car was accepted earlier than my appointment time and I was immediately given a loaner car. Michael called to explain the car's problem and outline the cost. Everything was taken care of efficiently, effectively and with a smile (including the girl at the checkout desk whose name I don't remember. Sad to say "goodbye" to Mark Simpson who has been helping me for so many years. His absence will be felt.

"Perfect!"

My service is always great at this service center. The staff is not only friendly but interested to help. I like to get my oil changes done more often than is required. Instead of just going along with it, the service center noted that it wasn't necessary to get them done at the interval that i do them at. What does this tell me? It tells me that they care about their customers and their wallet. It also makes me feel completely comfortable that the service will always be done right. I have full trust in this dealership and the service staff.

"Satisfactory until we got home"

The lower panel under the glove box was not atttached and when I tried to clip it back in place it would not hold. We had to go back to service and they adjusted the clips so it would hold. Obviously it should have been firmly attached before it left the shop.
