It’s a clear indication of excellent management practices. Purchasing a car is the second biggest financial commitment in one’s life, just under one’s housing choice. Like a home, a car choice affects a person’s safety, comfort/stress-level, and financial future. A car can strongly detract from or add to a person’s life. Luckily, because I have a Lexus, purchased and serviced at Prestige going on 11 years, I still enjoy driving my car and my visits to Prestige service have always been enjoyable! I appreciate all they do to serve our community. I consider Mark Simpson, my favorite service representative, a "car whisperer". He knows the mechanical of cars so well. I always learn something new about the how cars function when I work with him. Often he can just hear the description of an issue and pinpoint the problem even before the technician identifies the problem. More
