Another great service experience at Prestige Lexus! Friends of ours say they pay less to have their cars serviced at an independent repair shop. Well, you get what you pay for. Our car comes back after having been correctly serviced the first time, we drive away in a new loan car after dropping off our car, and our car is returned all shiny and new again after being cleaned inside and out. Andy is our service advisor, and we request him. He's knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and communicative. We've used him for years when, prior to buying our current car, my husband had his former Lexus serviced at Prestige. We couldn't be happier with both Andy and Prestige Lexus. Oh, and the place is pretty nice, too. No worries about getting pounded by whatever weather event is taking place. We drive into a clean, indoor drop-off location. The waiting area is lovely, and we get food and drink to enjoy in the event we need to wait. It's the best experience one could hope for and is one reason for purchasing a Lexus in the first place. We visited a Hyundai dealer when car shopping and saw that we'd be sitting in a small, dismal space next to a vending machine. I used to own an Acura and always envied my husband's experience while I had to load and unload my car outside in the elements. These things matter! More
