I have to say I am truly flabbergasted at the customer service provided by both Hugh and Prestige Lexus. You know those rare moments in life when you start to do business with a company and within seconds you realize you're dealing with people who are simply the best at what they do? That's Hugh and Prestige, what a class act. No overpowering sales pitch, no over the top pressure, just a sales person that was easy going, funny and kind, who did his best to make sure the customer was happy. I'm very impressed by Hugh and Prestige. It's no surprise that they have so many dealerships in and around the Ramsey area; with sales people like Hugh and the way they treat their customers, they have clearly found the right business model. I'm very impressed and grateful to have had Hugh as my sales person. Thank you for such a positive experience! More

As for the tires, I was surprised to learn you got the tires I wanted, Michelin Pilot Sport A/S +3, and, gave me $100 off on the cost, and, a discount on the wheel alignment. THANK-YOU! I would also like to recognize Jessica, I did not get her last name and I believe there are two people there with that name. She went out of her way to help me with the tire pricing and availability. Excellent Experience dealing with Michele at Prestige Lexus. Michele is simply the best salesperson we ever dealt with. It took us just 5 min to make a perfect deal with her. We are very much excited that Michele is our salesperson now. She even put a big red bow on top of our new IS 300 when we came to pick it up. It was so nice of her and we were thrilled dealing with her. I would highly recommend Michele as a salesperson. We had outstanding experience with Prestige Lexus dealership in Ramsey, NJ and since 2008 we are driving Lexus only (ES-350; IS-250; IS-300). All these cars were either purchased; traded in or leased and serviced at this dealership. More

I had arranged for a loaner car which is a great service and allowed me to take care of some of the things that I had planned for that morning. My car was serviced and ready at the time I was told. Mark gave me a good report on my car and it was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. The whole experience made servicing my car a breeze. More

Couldn't ask for a better experience Full disclosure: I had tried this dealership for service a little over a year ago, and was not 100% satisfied with my advisor (who was NOT Mark!) The Full disclosure: I had tried this dealership for service a little over a year ago, and was not 100% satisfied with my advisor (who was NOT Mark!) The service manager however did follow up with me at the time, and the dealership handled it exceptionally well. However, it had tainted me returning to the dealership, until this week. From the initial call with Jessica, to the wonderful conversations with my advisor, Mark, I had a completely different experience, and although I don't enjoy spending money on my car (who does?) I wouldn't even think about looking elsewhere for future services. I was honestly advised on what my cars needed - and also advised that cosmetic things I wanted may not be cost effective, and was offered other options. No matter where I've had any auto service, this type of trust is something I've rarely experienced and am very thankful for. I highly recommend Mark - great sense of humor, personable, highly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Great experience. More

Only problem really not the fault of the Jorge, was the fact that when the original appointment was setup the appointment contact indicated that the airbag replacement was available . When I arrived for the service appointment they indicated that the part was not available and was on order. It would have been more effective use of my time to have both done at the same time. So another appointment needs to be setup at a later date. More
