Service is a nightmare Walter Kosik is rude and a bully Bought my 2016 Lexus LS460 in for a 20k service was called 25 mins after I dropped off my car to be told by Walter Kosik that I was driving his loaner Bought my 2016 Lexus LS460 in for a 20k service was called 25 mins after I dropped off my car to be told by Walter Kosik that I was driving his loaner to aggressively when I pulled out of the parking lot and the "owner" suspended my loaner car privileges and I was to return the car right away and wait while my service was done. I agreed to return car and asked that the service not be done due to the absurd request that I had to return the loaner. Got my car back and it was damaged ! Walter refused to give me copies of my paperwork and the check in sheet showing the car was dropped off undamaged until I started video taping him. Then his tone changed. What a nightmare. Refused to take responsibility. Treated me like a jerk. Never again prestige. I will be posting the video to there Facebook page if anyone cares to see it. More

Filled my NX with gas!!!
