He's willing to work with counter offers and doesn't overwhelm you with sales tactics. He was very friendly and approachable and easy to reach via cell phone to answer any of my questions. Oh, and the car is beautiful and runs like new. It was great service on a great car which makes for a great experience with Lexus. Exceptional Service under extraordinary circumstances We live in the Hartford area and have purchased over half a dozen Lexus vehicles. I was on business on Monday, March 13th, in NJ and unfortunately got a flat tire which resulted in the need to get a new tire. Fortunately, I was near Prestige Lexus and they welcomed me in to assist - despite the fact that there was a winter storm approaching that would drop anywhere between 18 to 24 inches of snow. The dealership was in the midst of bringing their cars in from outside and they recently let their mechanics go home. Our Service Consultant, Jeff Lucca, was superb. He got a mechanic to come back in and reassured us several times that it would all work out. We too were looking at the weather and did not want to get caught up in the snow. Jeff had our tire replaced in no time and we were back on the road, Jeff's professionalism, inviting nature and overall calming demeanor was a true welcome. We cannot speak any higher of Jeff and Prestige Lexus. More
