Hands down best car buying experience First off let me say Karina absolutely made my first car purchase the most pleasant experience. From start to finish she truly went above and beyond. First off let me say Karina absolutely made my first car purchase the most pleasant experience. From start to finish she truly went above and beyond. I was interested in purchasing my first car, a CPO and I visited other Lexus dealers to see what they had to offer. I came into prestige of Ramsey and was introduced to Karina, we sat down and I described what I was in the market for. She truly listened to everything I wanted and had me test drive a RX350 with all the bells and whistles in mint condition, low mileage, the color interior/exterior that I wanted. She was able to answer every question I asked and I was impressed by her knowledge. Needless to say, I bought the RX350 got every single thing I wanted in it, was able to stay within my means and I truly feel that was because Karina made it possible. I can't express enough how grateful I am that she went out of her way to make sure I was accommodated with all the things I wanted. Without a doubt in the future when it's time for a new car I hope that I will be able to work Karina again she has done an absolutely outstanding job. She is knowledgeable, understanding and really all around fantastic!! More
