Another wonderful experience at Prestige Lexus of Ramsey This past Wednesday, my son and I went to Prestige Lexus of Ramsey to look for my 4th Lexus SUV. I have been a customer of this dealership since 200 This past Wednesday, my son and I went to Prestige Lexus of Ramsey to look for my 4th Lexus SUV. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2008 and had dealt with Bruce Schaffel, a most exceptional and knowledgeable sales consultant, for the purchase of my 3 previous Lexus SUVs. I was so disappointed to learn that Mr. Schaffel is no longer at Prestige Lexus!!! My son and I were introduced to sales consultant Karina Camarena, who would help us with this 4th purchase. Her sweet and accommodating demeanor and her knowledge of all of the different SUV models, packages, options etc, made us feel very comfortable, and we knew that we could depend on her to help us make the right choice. Miss Camarena spent a good 4 to 5 hours with us, walking with us in the bone chilling cold in the lots outside, on our hunt for "just the right one". She answered all of our questions, compared the different models for us, and YES!!!!!!!, found just what I had been looking for. The next day, (Thursday) we went to pick up my new 2017 RX350. Karina had everything in order and ready to go. And, always with a beautiful smile on her face!!! Karina Camarena is a gem, and a truly wonderful asset to Prestige Lexus of Ramsey!! More
