That was easy! It was a lovely wet, cold rainy day in January. I was greeted and met with Mark Simpson. I didn't need a loaner car and was able to meander around the dealership, look at new cars and everyone was more than pleasant. I even took a test ride in a different model while I waited for my car to be serviced. Mark let me know my car was done, it was washed free of all the nasty salt I picked up on the way and completely painless. This is an outstanding service department. I even had the pleasure to meet and discuss the possibility of faster ride with Jerry Sadler. All good people. The new receptionist is also lovely. More

Great experience getting a car at Prestige Lexus We first spoke on the phone with Flavio, the General Manager. We told him our general needs and he responded with some terrific ideas and a very favo We first spoke on the phone with Flavio, the General Manager. We told him our general needs and he responded with some terrific ideas and a very favorable trade-in and overall financial package. Mike Midulla handled the actual details and was very attentive and helpful. Then Jyung Park, the Financial Manager walked us through the contracts and financial details, staying long after hours in the process to make sure everything was done correctly. When we picked up the car the next day, we were assisted by two of the most knowledgeable, courteous and helpful men who explained the features of the car itself and what our service would consist of.
