Replaced battery Monday morning my battery died. I called Prestige Lexus at about 11 : 30 A M and told the receptionist about my problem . She told me to come in at 12 Monday morning my battery died. I called Prestige Lexus at about 11 : 30 A M and told the receptionist about my problem . She told me to come in at 12 :15 PM and I would be taken care of . When I got there , I was met by Mark Simpson . I told him of my problem and he said that he would take care of me . He filled out the necessary paperwork and told me that the car would be taken out for a road test . Shortly afterwards , he came to me and said that the battery had to be replaced and that the car would be ready in about 1 1/2 hours . He also told me that the cost of the battery would be prorated, saving me money . The car was ready in the time stated and I and my freshly washed car were good to go . Mark was friendly and very professional . More
