Terrible Lexus buying experience Contacted Prestige Lexus regarding a Certified Lexus NX200t, the vehicle was available so I travelled over 70 miles to the dealership. At the dealersh Contacted Prestige Lexus regarding a Certified Lexus NX200t, the vehicle was available so I travelled over 70 miles to the dealership. At the dealership I was introduced to Salesperson John Day, from the very start I was not impressed. The buying experience only got worst, after test driving the vehicle I informed Day that I would purchase the vehicle. Once my vehicle was appraised and we agreed on the final price, John Day disappeared for several hours. (I have excellent credit so I knew that wasn't the issue) Numerous Sales staff members totally ignored me as I waiting for an hour....finally I asked the receptionist to page John Day. Day finally appeared, never apologized for having me wait. I informed him to I would leave if the process was not expedited. John Day disappeared again for a long period of time, and by now I was furious. I told the receptionist that I was leaving and I wanted my keys to my vehicle. John Day finally appeared with paperwork. ( I have to admit I purchased the Certified NX200t in spite on Prestige Lexus, NOT BECAUSE OF THEM) I will never deal with this dealership again.... the sales staff very arrogant and John day was Terrible! I arrived at the dealership at 1:45pm, sales wasnt finalized until 8pm!!!! More

Great Service experience. I had a problem when my car would not start. Eventually it started and I called Prestige and said I wanted to bring the car right over. They said the I had a problem when my car would not start. Eventually it started and I called Prestige and said I wanted to bring the car right over. They said they would check it out. I met Mark Simpson as I walked in and he was very helpful. Turns out it was an easy fix but they got me in right away and I was all set in about an hour. More
