terrific service, follow-up, and instruction. Mark was terrific getting me in and going over service. Mark also suggested that I get instructional help with the navigation as I was having trouble changing regions. Samantha was great with that. I asked to have John DeSantis tale care of the write up for the service visit and she arranged everything in an efficient manner so John knew exactly what was to be done and had everything prepared when I arrived. I can't say enough about Rose who is an outstanding employee and so caring and understanding. When I met John , he was amazing, He had my write up completed , was extremely courteous and gave me sage advice about my vehicle. He treated me like family and helped me take care of my leaking water pump, had it replaced and even took a look at my car to personally examine other areas of the vehicle to make sure everything was OK. My car was an '07 but it had only 10,000 miles on it so I was concerned that it might develop more problems in the near future but John allayed my fears. What a wonderful experience I had with him. He is the very best advisor I could have had. He is an asset to Prestige Lexus and I will ask for him for any future service. Thanks so much John. Harvey Salem More

Oil Change Visit I brought my car in for an oil change . Mark Simpson was the service rep that I dealt with . He told me that it would be about 1 hour and fifteen min I brought my car in for an oil change . Mark Simpson was the service rep that I dealt with . He told me that it would be about 1 hour and fifteen minutes until the car would be ready . Later , he called me into his office . He had a tech with him and they explained that there were several problems . I needed new brakes and my steering was pulling to the left . They asked me if I wanted to have the work done .Although I did not want to spend the money, about $1,300 , I agreed to have the work done . Mark said that he would be able to give me a 10% discount on some of the work . Mark told me that it would be several hours before the car would be ready and asked me if I would like a loaner car . I told him that I would . He immediately arranged to get me the car . He told me that he would call me when the car was ready . About 6 P M that night, he called and told me that the car was ready . I told him that I would pick it up the next day . When I came for the car, he was there . I told him that other than the charge for labor, I was satisfied . More
