Great experience for my first service appt. This was my first service appt. and from the time I was greeted when pulling into the garage until the service was completed the staff was excellent, This was my first service appt. and from the time I was greeted when pulling into the garage until the service was completed the staff was excellent, from the greeter in the garage to the ladies at the desk, to the service rep, Samantha. I'm still learning to navigate through all the luxuries my NX200 offers. Not being very good with technology, Samantha was very helpful in explaining things I had questions on and even sat in the car with me once the service was done and walked me through a few things. Her personality and professionalism are to be commended. More

New life for my RX My RX recently turned 100K miles and a couple of odd problems cropped up that I was beginning to think was the start of its eventual decline with age. My RX recently turned 100K miles and a couple of odd problems cropped up that I was beginning to think was the start of its eventual decline with age. Samantha and team identified a really simple fix for one of the issues and did not charge me for it (1 window not responding to master window switch) and offered a plan for the other (noticeable tire noise). Car is handling like it always has at its best and I'm hoping the tire wear corrects itself to get rid of the road noise (time will tell). Overall very satisfied with this service and the car again! Been dealing with Prestige Lexus Service for over 4 years now and have had nothing but good experiences. More
