The whole experience was more civilized than service visits for other manufacturers where you stand in a long line and someone points to where you should go. Samantha was pleasant and had a good sense of humor. She's set the bar high, so all future visits will have to meet this standard. More

I was contacted by Moe Alhomsi, who was just the most pleasant person to work with. He was able to go over every detail about the car, track down a vehicle that met my requirements and review everything with me when I went to pick it up. I hate the high-pressure sales tactics most dealers use and I walk out on them. Moe was a breath of fresh air. I'm enjoying my NX and am sure to tell people where I got it. More
No problem service I have been a customer of Lexus since 2002 when I purchase 2 vehicle. From day one the service has been great. I had the pleasure of being taken care of all the Service Rep. But with my recent service John DeSantis has taken the extra step to try and find a problem as to why my car wouldn't start. And would not release the car back until he found out why. Could not locate the problem and he kept a few extra days to be sure. And I really appreciate that. More

Not only were we not received well when visiting the dealer, the sales man gave us a very offensive offer on our trade in. This was even more offensive since we knew our trade in was more valuable then what was offered. I also had my office contact Lexus to set up a meeting with a manager and have not received a call back yet. Lost a customer. Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains gained a lifetime customer. More
