Above and beyond sales representative I recently leased the Lexus CT (in August) from Prestige. Ruby Trbovich was my sales representative. At the time of and following the sale, Rudy I recently leased the Lexus CT (in August) from Prestige. Ruby Trbovich was my sales representative. At the time of and following the sale, Rudy was helpful and very professional. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and I still am. A few weeks ago he went above and beyond to make sure that I was still completely satisfied. My car was due to the 5,000 mile service. I am formerly a Prestige Toyota customer and one of the things that I loved about their service was the shuttle program. I work in Ramsey so I would bring my car in the morning, they would take me to work, and I would come back after work and all service was completed. I know everyone values their time. I do too, and that was a perk that I did not want to give up. I scheduled my service with Lexus and I was told that they did not have a shuttle (even though it says so on the website). Additionally, since my service would not be longer than 90 minutes, I was not eligible for a loaner car. I scheduled the service for a Saturday because (even though I was not happy about it) I’d have to wait. After speaking with my husband, I decided to contact Rudy to explain my situation and state how dissatisfied I was. I told him that this would probably be the one thing that would keep me from leasing or purchasing another Lexus in the future. Rudy listened to my complaint and told me that he would see what he could do. I wasn’t expecting much, as I felt that this was a small problem, really just an inconvenience for me. However, about an hour later the manager of the service department called and set up my service for the very next day. I dropped off my car, the manager on duty drove me to work, and I picked up my car later that afternoon. Again, I know that this is a minor inconvenience for me and yes, I could have waited for my car. However, I felt that if I am paying more per month for this car than for my Toyota, I should expect the same service, if not more. Rudy is not in the service department, but he made my complaint a priority and went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied. That is why I would return to Lexus in the future for another car, as well as recommend others. I felt the need to recognize Rudy as an excellent sales representative. More
