The last time the car had service was at Prestige Lexus to replace a tire. So I called them and told them about my problem. They said I should come in and they would help me out. The moment I walked in the door, three different service consultants offered to help me out. I asked for Walter, the service manager and not only did he offer to put on a new set of wheel locks, he also rotated the tires - for free. Also - he did that even though they never need your wheel lock to service your tires. They have a master. More
