This is my 6th Lexus and my 3rd dealership and I cannot stress enough how enjoyable the purchasing experience has been dealing with Prestige. I shopped around 5 different dealerships while purchasing my new car and there are NONE that can compare. Everyone in this dealership is a pleasure to work with and has made car buying FUN and enjoyable rather than time consuming and tedious. Buying the car from Steve Glenwick and John Dempsey was a joy. These 2 gentlemen made the process easy and effortless. I didn't have to waste my time going back and forth, I worked with Steve on a price and when I got to the dealer to buy the car I experienced, what you see is what you get, and the price was as agreed. Finance was not a beat you over the head speech like it normally is, Eugenio was courteous and easy to deal with. I even had to bring the car back in for a service need and Samantha was sweet, professional and an absolute breath of fresh air. Not the typical games that most dealerships/salesmen play I had a very unusual situation with an existing lease with another manufacturer. It had multiple payments left but Mike Midulla found a way to get me I had a very unusual situation with an existing lease with another manufacturer. It had multiple payments left but Mike Midulla found a way to get me into a brand new ES350 without costing me an arm and a leg. Better yet when it came time to seal the deal Mike personally came to my home with all of the required paperwork. As it was the end of the month there was a huge waiting time to finalize the outstanding sales. By coming to my home Mike probably saved me 4 to 5 hours of waiting. Unlike most car purchases it was a pleasurable experience (would you believe) and Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
