I was looking to get my 73 year old Mother into her new 2015 Lexus RX350 and I reached out to Todd (initially corresponding through Bette, Internet sales). I gave Todd the stock number 103359 in Fire agate w/parchment interior with the options my Mother wanted. Gave Todd the lease parameters and asked if he could work some magic to get her to the payment she wanted. Todd promptly got back to me and got her to where she needed to be! No nonsense. No games. Not your typical blow off, no quote over the phone forcing me into the dealership for the usual entrapment game! I had to meet Todd in person the next day because he was so professional and trustworthy over the phone! Meeting him you immediately feel like you've found the greatest, most honest, most attentive to your needs sales guy in the universe! Having an ES350 myself from Prestige Lexus, I knew my mother would love this guy and I knew I was going to always buy my Future lexus cars from Todd! I was having some difficulty in getting my mother to the dealership to get the car but Todd was extremely patient and let me put a deposit down to hold the car in hopes she could get in that following Saturday. Todd is so dedicated that, on his day off, he facilitated getting the car prepped, credit app processed and delivery team all lined up for my mother to take her dream car home! That type of dedication and truly caring about your customer( customer's customer in this case) and insuring they are taken care of, even on your day off is truly amazing! On delivery day, Todd had the car all prepped and ready to roll! More importantly, he sat with my mother and explained many of the car's technological features in such a way that my mother felt so at ease and could truly feel comfortable in understanding all the great things her new vehicle could do. That truly impressed me that Todd could immediately assess the situation and was able to speak on the level my mother could inherently relate to wth just the perfect amount of emphasis on important features, benefits and great sense of humor to make us all feel like we have known Todd for years! It's this type of enthusiasm, professionalism, dedication, caring and friendly service that will keep us coming back to Todd wherever he may be selling cars! I honestly won't buy from anyone else, period! More

He is extremely knowledgeable very patient and seems to know that not everyone has the same ability to make decisions. He is able to listen, always courteous, calls back on time, and does what he says he's going to do. I would rate him the "best experience" I've ever had in buying a car, which can be very stressful if not with the right person. I I also dealt with Leo Soberanis who Todd informed me that I would like very much. He was straightforward with all the paperwork that needed to be handled. It all was explained extremely well and did not feel any pressure at all. He had a very lovely manner about him. Todd was highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the Lexus Experience, not only from a sales perspective, but also from a financial viewpoint, and when describing/explaining the special features and technology that came equipped with our SUV. One of the highlights of our experience was how meticulously Todd took care of every last detail for us, including the unenviable task of dealing with the insurance company. He went above and beyond to make the transaction as seamless as possible. Our entire experience was totally uncomplicated thanks to Todd’s efficient nature. As we were nearing the end of the lease on our second Lexus, an RX 350, we were looking to down-size to a slightly smaller car, but still wanted a crossover. The NX fit the bill perfectly. I generally hate the whole process leasing/buying a car, being “sold” on a car and all the associated the paperwork. We had to endure none of that. Todd makes the process of leasing/buying a car a simple, efficient process. It was actually a quite pleasant experience! He took care of all the details, so all we had to do was sign and at a price we could deal with. Todd is first and foremost professional and knowledgeable. However, the best part of doing business with Todd is how pleasant, personable and engaging he is. He is very easy to talk to. He is very generous with his time. and his involvement does not end when the deal is finalized. He took a lot time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Especially time consuming was explaining all the technology to this technologically challenged individual. It is clear he will be available if needed as questions arise in time to come.
