He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the various models and helped "steer" us in the right direction based on our needs and desires. But beyond product skills, he was incredibly responsive to all our questions, always returning and initiating calls and emails to us. There was no high pressure sales pitch. With our last purchase we thought we would have a transportation problem and he, with the backing of Prestige, offered to pick us up and the train station and take us to the dealership. When we had a bureaucratic problem, Cal offerred to drive our new vehicle to us 50 miles away!
