Horrible experience Prestige Lexus will never see me walk through their doors again. I MADE an APPOINTMENT with a salesman named Luis for 10am on Saturday. He didn't show Prestige Lexus will never see me walk through their doors again. I MADE an APPOINTMENT with a salesman named Luis for 10am on Saturday. He didn't show up until 10:30... He took me for a test drive and then ditched me for another customer (but I made an appointment so this wouldn't happen)... He had me waiting over 30 minutes until I received attention again. I wasn't interested at that point and went to the front desk to ask for my license back because he had taken it with him in the back while he was with the other customer. The service was a disgrace. I was not a valued customer... I walked out as they wouldn't come anywhere near to my price, which was fine- it's the service I received that I had an issue with. So, I took my business to Lexus of rt. 10 and had a great experience- very happy there!! Prestige will not see my business, nor my family's. More
My fourth RX350 from Presitge, What happened? 1. Wheel lock key was lost and car was delivered with no key to remove the lock/lug. This should have been addressed by the delivery team. 2. Ther 1. This also should have been addressed on delivery as a step in going over the paperwork and manual review. Hard to do when there were NO manuals to review. 3. We were not aware the deposit was refunded on the financing stage of the purchase. To address these issues I returned the following day: 1. Wheel locks were removed but while the actual job took 15 minutes with a master key, no one notified me that the job was done and I was left waiting in the showroom for 55 minutes. The only reason I found out the job was done as I wandered into the service dept and found my vehicle reposing, sans wheel locks. The service manager told me the job took 15 minutes. Plus I lost the locks that were replaced with regular lugnuts. 2. Owners manuals were pulled from a similar vehicle. 3. Refund documentation was issued as required. The front desk staff were most helpful in procuring the required personnel to address these concerns. 4. Never received the promised vial of tough up paint. Bought locally. As a former employee of BMW Prestige and other stores, this is not a beat down review, I just want to bring your attention to this delivery for your consideration, but it was a lesser experience than the other 3 purchases from Prestige Lexus. More

Comfortable and pleasant experience My Lexus lease was coming to end and I wanted to get in to another Lexus. I contacted several dealers, however, Todd was the only dealer who responde My Lexus lease was coming to end and I wanted to get in to another Lexus. I contacted several dealers, however, Todd was the only dealer who responded in a timely manner. I spoke with Todd and he was able to provide all the options I wanted in the new car. I picked up my new 2015 RX350 3 days later as promised. The team at Prestige Lexus is professional and gets a 5 stars all around. I appreciate Todd and the team's excellent work. More

Within a few short hours via the telephone I had selected an rx 350 at prestige lexus in New Jersey(needless to say that I live in Brooklyn). I mentioned to Emilio with service like this lexus does not need a showroom. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a lexus vehicle.
