We found Rudy Trbovich professional, informative, and friendly, but not pushy. Simply put he was a nice man, who was able to make us feel comfortable. My husband is a tough negotiator and I almost felt bad for the salesman who ended us with us. :-) I didn't expect to come home with a car that day but Rudy made it happen from the sale to the insurance and rest of the documentation. Everyone was very nice and professional. I enjoyed spending time with Bart(?) who showed us all the functions of the car and paired my phone to the bluetooth in the car. I will be recommending Prestige Lexus and Rudy Trbovich to my friends and family. Thank Guys! I love my new (used) RX350. More

Wonderful experience I purposefully returned to this dealership because of the pleasant experience I had with my previous lease. Quite honestly, I received a better offer from another dealership and when I explained the details to Todd, he not only met the other dealerships terms, but went one better to ensure I returned. Finally a Lexus ES350! Been looking around for a certified pre-owned and came across the noticed a Certified Pre-Owned ES 350 online at Prestige Lexus and decided to stop i Been looking around for a certified pre-owned and came across the noticed a Certified Pre-Owned ES 350 online at Prestige Lexus and decided to stop in to take a test drive. Todd Gorp was my Sales Consultant and he was a joy from the minute that we shook his hand. He was 100% knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the car, I did not feel pressured at any time to purchase the car, nor did I feel that he was trying to pull a fast-one on me as all the pricing was laid straight out including the trade in value. I was offered a super price (Compared to other Lexus dealerships in the area) for the ES and also offered a very fair offer for my trade-in. On the day that I picked the ES, Todd spent a good 30 minutes with me going over the intricate details of the car and we were in and out within an hour even though the they were packed. Over all a pleasant experience with Prestige Lexus. Highly recommend. More

A wonderful experience!! My Lexus lease was coming to and end and I was ready to get myself back into another Lexus. I heard great things about Todd at Prestige and thought I'd give them a try. Scheduled an appointment, met and went through what I wanted and all my options. The experience was comfortable & pleasant. I picked up my new 2015 RX350 today and I'm already in love. Although I live in queens and have a dealership minutes away, I plan on servicing the car at Prestige. The team at Lexus is professional and get a 5 star on customer service all around. Very Picky and Very Satisfied Customer I live in NC and I was in search of used GX460 when I ran across one from Prestige Lexus on autotrader.com...I initially was in neg with dealer in Cal I live in NC and I was in search of used GX460 when I ran across one from Prestige Lexus on autotrader.com...I initially was in neg with dealer in California who could not seem to handle the simple paperwork of a purchase order. So, I ceased negotiations.......It was a Blessing because Prestige pricing was $3K below their price and it was certified. I feel so much more comfortable with my choice in dealers. Rudy was my salesman, and from the moment he returned my call he was nothing but professional, calm, timely at returning my calls and completing my paperwork. He truly impressed me, (which is very hard to do)...I had no reason to complain through this entire process. When I received my car in NC...I literally almost cried because I purchased it sight unseen using Rudy as my eyes and it more beautiful in person than the photos, and he gave me a small gift as appreciation to being his customer. I have no doubt I will be returning to Prestige for my purchase and I will also recommend them to my friends who my be open enough to buy a car from out of state. But their prices are so competitive it may be worth it to fly up and drive it to your destination.Thanks again....I LOVE MY LEXUS GX460!!!!! More
