Great experience I live on Long Island but traveled to Ramsey to lease the rx350 since the price there was several thousand Dollars cheaper than on Long Island. misleading info. During sale of used 2013 es 350 asked for copy of maintenance records and was told not to worry because it just received scheduled maintenance. I accepted that because of my trust in Prestige ( big mistake ) Later got the report on the web site and found the windshield was replaced and damage on right front door and rear bumper was repaired. If I had know that I might not had purchased that car. Salesman must have known that it might prevent the sale so the information was kept from me-(Typical) Now as a result of that I hesitate to bring my car to Prestige for scheduled service because I have lost my trust in this dealership. I expect that kind of dealing from used car dealers in Little Ferry not from an upscale dealer. I am very disappointed in Prestige and feel I was taken advantage of. More
