Rudy drove me to DMV! No upgraded maps though. Pros: Great experience with Prestige. Cons: Got a 2012 dealer certified vehicle which came with 3-year old maps - annoying that the navigation didn't come with updated maps as part of the inspection & pre-certification, especially given that it's only $100 to do. Eric Miller denied throwing in an upgraded map for us. When I offered to pay for it, they didn't have the latest map software in stock. Anyway, small detail. Overall quite happy with Prestige and would buy from them again. More
