pricing is utterly dishonest, like the service guys though I was invited to the sales event today which provide trade-in promotions for my Rx 330. According to the invitation, the estimated value is $11760 and I was invited to the sales event today which provide trade-in promotions for my Rx 330. According to the invitation, the estimated value is $11760 and pending promotion value is $14250. With same Rx330, I happened to have Rosario Giaritta evaluated it on January 2nd, 2013, when he gave me a trade in value of $12000. During the time period from Jan 2nd, 2013 to today, I have changed new brakes and new timing belt at prestige Lexus. And when i came in today, Mr. Chris Kim and his manager gave me a $9k trade-in pricing. I was shocked and this has ruined this dealer ship for me. An honest business should not price like this and the sales manager should not treated customers with that kind of arrogance. More

He addressed all my concerns professionally and never made me feel pressured at any point (even though I gave him a hard time). Once I traveled 4 hours to see the vehicle I realized that the vehicle was exactly as advertised and promised by Moe! I really thought the deal was too good to be true...but when I got there I realized it was really true and that Moe was really a true man of his word and a top professional in his field! Best Car Experience Ever! This was by far the best experience I ever had with leasing a car. I didn't even think I was at a dealer. I had a horrible experience on my last lease so I had my doubts coming into another dealership. Nick made things so simple and easy and didn't even involve me with the typical back and forth agony that you face at so many other car dealerships. This was my first luxury car lease and Prestige stands by it's name. Also Samantha took the time and was excellent at explaining all the wonderful features of this car. It truly is like an IPHONE on wheels and Samantha left me with such a clear understanding of everything.
