He wasn't too pushy and simply explained all of the changes to the 2015 RX350 compared to the 2011 we had. When moving forward with negotiations, Todd was a pleasure to deal with and my wife and I left beyond happy with the lease deal we got. Not only was Todd outstanding closing the deal, but he delivered the car HIMSELF to our condo in Hoboken and spent another 90 minutes with us going over every single facet of the car. With same Rx330, I happened to have Rosario Giaritta evaluated it on January 2nd, 2013, when he gave me a trade in value of $12000. During the time period from Jan 2nd, 2013 to today, I have changed new brakes and new timing belt at prestige Lexus. And when i came in today, Mr. Chris Kim and his manager gave me a $9k trade-in pricing. I was shocked and this has ruined this dealer ship for me. An honest business should not price like this and the sales manager should not treated customers with that kind of arrogance. More
