Even though we had already previously completed the credit application online, and negotiated the terms, it took over 2 hours from our 5 pm scheduled appointment to walk out with our RX 350. We have leased several vehicles prior to the Lexus including, Volvo, Land Rover and BMW and none of them took nearly as long. If fact, for all our previous leases, prior to our arrival at the dealership, all of the paperwork had been completed and all we needed to do was review it and sign. This is why our Overall Experience rating is simply "Good." More
