We went to Prestige Lexus to look at a used Jeep Liberty that we found online. At the dealership, Sales Rep Jerry Sadler came out to the lobby to meet us. Jerry Sadler walked us over to the waiting lounge where he said we could help ourselves to beverages and food while the vehicle was being fetched from the off-site location. Upon his return, we all took the vehicle on a test drive. We were satisfied with the vehicle and its price and decided to purchase it. Jerry was very friendly, professional, and courteous. He walked us over to the finance department where the transaction was handled by Jeffrey Lower. Jeffrey was also friendly and professional. We were in our new vehicle and driving home within minutes after leaving the finance department. Overall, our purchasing experience was pleasant, stress-free, and surprisingly quick, and we were made to feel comfortable at every stage. Although we went to this dealership to buy an $11,000 used Jeep, they, Jerry Sadler in particular, treated us as though we were buying one of their luxury Lexus cars. Jerry even called us a few days later to see how the vehicle was working out for us, and asked how I was doing regarding the surgery I had the morning after we purchased this vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
