Jerry was extremely helpful in showing us the cars we were interested in and was very considerate of our time. Additionally, our car color choice for a 2014 GS350 was known to be hard to come by, but they located one in an instant (another dealer was pushing us to another color choice as Blue was unlikely or a month or more out). Test drives were well done with plenty of time for two of us to drive two cars; IS350 AWD and the GS350 AWD we leased. Delivery was perfect. The car was well presented, clean despite the previous night's weather event and thoroughly demoed - so we were hands on and assimilated how to use the features first hand. Samanatha also provided us her contact info should questions arise. In summary, we left an Infiniti EX35 that we loved for a substantially more expensive GS350 while saving $60/month at a top notch dealer with top notch staff. More
