Great Experience at Prestige I recently purchased a new Lexus from Prestige and was very pleased with the overall experience. I contacted many Lexus dealers via the internet, look I recently purchased a new Lexus from Prestige and was very pleased with the overall experience. I contacted many Lexus dealers via the internet, looking to get "an out the door price" for the car I wanted. When I contacted Prestige, Nick Manzi responded to my inquiry and was a pleasure to deal with. He provided me with a competitive price, was knowledgeable, very professional, and responded promptly to my e-mails and phone calls. He was able to provide me with a breakdown of all the costs- price of the car, tax, DMV costs, etc.. and these costs did not suddenly change once I arrived at the dealership. The price we agreed on was the price I paid. The customer service Nick provided was excellent. The car I purchased was not able to be prepped the same day (by the time I arrived at the dealership and finalized everything with my trade-in it was late) and I wasn't thrilled with the idea of having to drive back the next morning to pick up the car. Nick provided me with a loaner to take home and then drove my new car to my house the next morning so I didn't have to make a second trip. I thought this was fantastic customer service, even more so because this was done on what was supposed to be Nick's day off. In addition, because I don't live close to the dealership, when it comes time for service, he has made arrangements to have a loaner car delivered to me so the service department can work on my car and then return it to to me when they are finished. I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a Lexus give Nick Manzi from Prestige a call. He certainly made the purchase of my new car a stress-free one! More
