My wife and I visited Prestige Lexus in our search for a new SUV. Jim McAlevey was our sales person. He was absolutely the most professional automobile sales person we had ever worked with. We had done a good deal of research on pricing and on what we were looking for. We had an extremely low price from a buying service. Unlike another dealer we spoke to, that tried to explain their way out of that pricing, Prestige did not even think twice. In fact, we spoke to another dealer, who gave us a better price, and then tried to play games, so we walked out. Despite the extremely low buying service price, when we mentioned the other dealer's price, Prestige matched it immediately. Unlike other dealers, Prestige also did not try to take some of the multi security deposit finance charge savings (this is a great deal if you have the cash to post). And unlike other dealers, when we said we wanted a no money down deal, Jim actually came back with no money down numbers. There also was absolutely no problem getting the money factor, residual, etc. I had to pressure others to provide this info. When it came time for delivery, Dennis did a great job. He also connected my wife and my cell phones and gave us some tips on use. Finally, when it came time for the dreaded "MEETING WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER", all went smoothly. They did ask us about add-ons, but unlike what you get elsewhere, when we said no, there was no pressure and no incredulous, "Really, are you sure. Nobody has ever done that before." All in all, this was a great experience, and if the vehicle and service is as good as the employees are, I am sure we will have a great relationship going forward. More
I have been a customer at Prestige Lexus for the length of 3 leases so far, and this was by far my best experience yet. Nick Manzi reached out to me via email, and within 3 or 4 times of going back and forth, the sale was made. I felt that he did not waste my time and was able to give me exactly what I was hoping for. Jane was a pleasure to work with on the finance end and showed genuine concern for what I was going through. Having agreed to this deal without ever seeing the car, I was overjoyed at how nice the changes to the IS 250 were. Dennis was awesome at showing me all of the new features. I actually came into work early today because I was so excited to drive it. I truly hope that both of these individual are still with your company in 27 months, for I would definitely come back again to work with them when this lease is up. More
I responded to a quote from the dealer. I called to schedule and appointment. Before I even spent 30 seconds with him on the phone, he began the "hard sell" tactics. Steve Manin, you did it again!!! My 2nd car from Steve and his team over at Prestige Lexus in the year 2013! I can't buy anywhere else because Steve is my guy. He cuts right to the chase as he marches i and his team over at Prestige Lexus in the year 2013! I can't buy anywhere else because Steve is my guy. He cuts right to the chase as he marches into his Manger's office and tells him we need to cut our customers the best deals around because they keep coming back and they keep recommending their friends and family to Prestige Lexus. Last time Steve brought me the car to my house; this time he picked me up from a competitor dealer where I was dropping off my old leased vehicle and he drove me to Prestige. Its gets better; he actually convinced his Manager to give me his personal car for the weekend so I could try it out with my daughter's car seat over an extended period of time. Steve and the folks at Prestige just don't say NO..they lie in the road and they stay until closing on Xmas Eve to make sure you are happy! More

Todd Van Gorp at Prestige Lexus truly personifies the Lexus spirit of going above and beyond. I visited Prestige Lexus in November, and he showed a lot of genuine concern in helping me pick the right configuration for my 2014 RX-350(and saved me a lot of waiting time and money in that process). He worked out a very fair package for my lease, and did an amazing job of getting the entire process done in the without a hiccup. He not only was there with my wife and me from our very first drive, to the entire process of familiarizing us with the features of the car on delivery, he even made it a point to personally fix the license plates for the car when I received them. Every employee you meet at Prestige Lexus is probably trained to care for the customer-but Todd takes it several notches higher with his personal touch. I would be more than happy to get my next Lexus through Todd-and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for their next car. More

John Kim of Prestige Lexus was early, polite, transparent and effective. I continued my search for about a week and then gave him the results of what I found. He offered the best deal, but in addition gave me sage advice about the benefits of leases and paying cash. We decided based on the large amount of miles my wife and I put on our car each year to go with buying a 2013 with cash. Prestige Lexus itself is a beautiful, big and inviting dealership and everything was first-rate, from John's walking us through the sales process to Dennis Tejero giving us an hour's worth of run-through on the vehicle. Jeff Lower, the financial sales manager, took us through options with absolutely no hard sell. This was, without question, the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Will certainly return to Prestige again. More
I had a terrific experience leasing my 2014 Lexus ES 350 from Todd Van Gorp. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and, especially fair. I had just come from another Lexus dealer which I had dealt with in the past, and only went to get educated beyond my Internet exploration, and had no intention of buying there. They didn't disappoint and were as shoddy, unprofessional and way out of line with their offer as I had expected. When I did business with Todd, all I asked was for him to provide a fair offer. He never asked what price I was expecting or how much I wanted to spend. He then presented me with what I considered a very reasonable figure for my trade-in and monthly lease payment. No haggling. We shook hands right then and did the paperwork. The next day, he delivered the car personally, and helped connect the Bluetooth and garage door opener. The final touch of class was he reached into his pocket and handed me replacements for the adhesive bases for my E-Z Pass which I had just removed from my trade-in without me even having to ask ! If this car gives me the same satisfaction as my 2008, I'll definitely go see Todd for my next one. More
