Amazing Experience. Both of the representatives I have dealt with heightened my level of expectation for the process of purchasing a car. Quality and care was their primary focus. Jorge patiently and pleasantly answered every question, remark, and senseless comments that my curious and overprotective boyfriend had thrown at him. He made sure to explain the level of detail and work that was put into the CPO car that i was purchasing, which made a tremendous difference when i visited two other local Lexus dealerships (edison and little fairy). There was no comparison in quality and customer service within the other locations To be more specific, my boyfriend actually got into a verbal argument with a representative from little fairy, about the lack of spec delivery for the CPO certification (noticing a 2 inch chuck of a front tire missing). I came right back to Jorge and was more than ready to pay a price over my budget, for the quality, value and honesty that Jorge had showcased. He's behavior and character enhanced my perception of the Lexus brand, reassuring me that luxury and quality was at the core of my investment. Jerry had fought to find me a financial solution that not only placed my bad credit fingers behind the car of my dreams, but also put me on the the road to credit history recovery. Every aspect of the deal was explained in detail, and I even took advantage of the best solutions that were suggested such as a tire and rim contract coverage. He was kind, very approachable, and highly enthusiastic about the business, position, and brand in particular. I look forward to doing more business with Jerry in the near future. Although its only been a few days, I could not have been more happy with my purchase. I have test drove a jeep, bmw, infinity and mazda cars. I was in search for a Lexus RX. I contacted about 5 dealers within a 100 mile radius. I'd have to say that 3 out of the 5 completely wasted my time. I explained the situation - I am contacting several dealers of which the closest is 5 miles away and the farthest being 90 miles away; I am looking for the best deal. Most of the dealers did not give me the time of day on the phone, but rather insisted on the typical "when are you able to come visit", or "we would need for you to be here in person to discuss any details". Then came Rosario Giaritta at Prestige Lexus. There is a reason why he is highest rated, and most rated at this fine establishment (side note, Prestige Lexus is a gorgeous and well staffed dealership. Everyone I encountered there were courteous and friendly). Rosario takes things seriously. He doesn't waste time. He doesn't play games. He cares. He delivers. Any questions I had were answered.
