Jim was very professional and attentive in addressing our requests/needs during the whole delivery process. The experience and service with them is top notch. Also, Samantha (our delivery specialist) did a great job going through the vehicle's function with us. I commend her for her patience in having to explain all the features to my technologically challenged sister. Jim's no BS competitive price is what sold me in the beginning.
