Purchasing a new Lexus has been a pleasure due totally to Rudy Trbovich. I discovered he has only been with the dealership two weeks, yet has made himself completely knowlegable about Prestige Lexus and its Rudy Trbovich. He his extremely knowlegable about many cars, especially the Lexus brand. He is quite able to speak about comparisons of the Lexus GS with other comparable vehicles. My husband gave me a list of cars he was interested in and asked me to test drive them first. We both look for a car that is safe, handles well, is quiet and comfortable for long road trips. The seats are especially important to me due to a bad back. My test drive was my first encounter with Rudy. I returned on Saturday with my husband. My husband and son are car buffs and read all car related magazines including Consumer Reports. So my husband and Rudy could tallk about the car on a level that I could not. Mr. Jefferey Lower was also excellent. He was the fastest closer of the deal in the East. He made what is usually a long tedious affair-all the paperwork-quick and painless and with a sense of humor. Rudy and Jeffrey make a great team. I will be waiting to hear from Rudy when the new Lexus small SUV arrives, because that is what I have been looking to purchase. A Honda CRV size SUV that is quiet, solid, safe, handles well with a good powerful engine and very comfortable seats. More
