Yesterday, I purchased my third car at Prestige Lexus and from the moment we walked in the front door, to the moment I drove my new car out of your lot, I can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness, and ease of the staff. My salesman, Jorge Davila, was amazing and knowledgeable for a new sales consultant. He had a warm and wonderful sense of humor and made the whole experience delightful. When he needed a manager, he turned to Emilio Rampone, who immediately understood our financial plans and dealt honestly and openly, making the purchase happen. My husband suggested Emilio be a mentor to any new sales consultant, as he works beautifully with customers and appears to have a great deal of knowledge to share with other employees. We then sat in my new car with Samantha Pelletier (Vehicle Delivery Specialist) and laughed and learned for the next forty-five minutes. She was incredible and thanks to her, I truly understand the new and exciting features in my car. Finally, closing up the day with Jeffrey Lower, Financial Services Manager, was perfect. Again, he was professional, kind, informative and patient throughout my questions. Once we found a perspective vehicle, Rosario was very thorough and detailed with working out the final numbers to allow for the deal to be made at their dealership. Rosario was successful in getting a fair and reasonable valuation for our trade-in vehicle. Jerry DiDomenico was the Financial Service Manager assigned to our purchase. Jerry was very professional and highly effective in getting all of dreaded paperwork and documentations done with the "least amount of pain" and allowed the purchase to be "completed effortlessly" for us.
