Bill Lamb, Sales Consultant, arranged for a test drive of the RX 350 and explained the car's features. After negotiating the trade in value of our current car and the final price of the new RX350, he locate the RX 350 and explained the car's features. After negotiating the trade in value of our current car and the final price of the new RX350, he located the color we wanted from Prestige Lexus' inventory. This car sale was stress free and my wife was happy with the end result. We took delivery of the new RX350 a week later, all the paper work was completed quickly and with a smile :> ) We had a problem with the car's HomeLink system and the garage door opener. I called Chris Choi, Vehicle Delivery Specialist, and explained the problem. He worked with me to resolve this problem but it was more complicated and a technical specialist was consulted. The bottom line is both Bill Lamb and Chris Choi worked with us until we had the answer and the HomeLink system was synchronized with the Rolling Code garage door opener.
