My husband and I stopped in to Prestege Lexus to get some information on a preowned Lexus to replace my daughter's '97 Lexus. Given the age of her vehicle, we had started looking a few months prior, but had no intension of making a purchase just yet. Michael's attentive nature, eagerness to find us the "right" preowed vehicle and the effort he put into helping us got us to make the purchase without feeling rushed. We felt we could never have had such a wonderful offer again, not just in price, but more importantly, in accomodating us with the trade-in and our daughter's work/school time table. I will not list all the services Michale helped us out with as I do not think he could possibly do this for every customer! My daughter loves her "new" RX 350, a gift from us to her for putting herself through grad school.
