We travelled over 100 miles to evaluate and buy our IS250, and we were not disappointed. We would not hesitate to return to Prestige for another auto, especially with employees like Rosario. Chris Choi was the most patient person guiding us through the various systems and features of the IS250. He was thorough and knew his subject extraordinarily well. I had purchased other vehicles through Toyota, but I never received such comprehensive instruction. The total experience, from start to finish, was superlative! More

I'm the sort of person who reads a lot of reviews before I patronize a company. A little time spent researching can avoid a huge headache later. Before deciding to get a Lexus CT200h, I thoroughly re before I patronize a company. A little time spent researching can avoid a huge headache later. Before deciding to get a Lexus CT200h, I thoroughly researched the different Lexus dealers in the NY area (Bayridge, Queens, and Manhattan). I basically went to Bayridge (Brooklyn) and Manhattan, did test drives of the CT, and got quotes for leases. I also explored Prestige Lexus in Ramsey, NJ. Prestige initially got my attention by an email they sent me (unsolicited), advertising a promotion on the CT. The marketing scheme worked and I gave them a call. My main problem with buying this car was not so much the rates--I was getting a good deal at Bayridge and PRestige. The problem was that I couldn't find the car I wanted and in the color I wanted. I wanted the base model but black/black. I also wanted it by July 4. When I called Prestige initially, i worked with James (Jim) McAlevey, a salesman. He promised me the car by a certain date, the price I wanted, and told me if the car was delayed in entering the port, they would secure the promotion for me. The smaller Lexus dealers could not promise this. They had limited inventory, and I had to wait to see that the cars they had were still available (the one I wanted was promised to other customers). The deadline was also running out on the Lexus FS promotion on the CT (7/16). Prestige, the largest Lexus dealer in the Northeast, clearly had the upper hand. Not only were they flexible, but they *also* had access to a larger inventory. This is what made the difference in my case. They also offered extremely competitive rates (matching the quote I received from a leasing agent). As an aside, I decided to get a quote from a leasing agent because I wanted to shop around and get the best offer. I really recommend doing this before you approach a dealer. It gives you a lot more leverage, and leasing agents can shave off a lot from the leasing price.. Unfortunately, as it happened, Jim wasn't able to hold to the timeline he promised. He hadn't accounted for the 7 days it takes for the car to come from the port, something which should have been on his radar from the beginning. I was naturally upset that I had received misinformation. After doing some research, I called and spoke to the general sales manager Eric Miller to lodge a complaint. Everything changed from then onwards. Not only were we able to work out a deal for the CT for a next-day delivery, but I was able to get a full-loaded model for just a little more money each month. I was a very happy customer. Eric hooked me up with a new salesperson--Nick Panzi, who made the entire process easy. As I didn't have a car yet, I had to take the NJT to Ramsey. Nick not only picked me up from the station, but he also indulged a whim and had a huge bow placed on my lexus for a photo op--I wanted to remember when I bought my first lexus. It goes without saying that he made the entire process seamless. This was my first lease, and not only would I do it again without hesitation (for the right price of course!), but I would definitely consider Prestige as a competitive contender for my business. During my signing, Eric came out to welcome me. Everyone was so helpful, especially Jane Toledano, the finance manager. I am very happy with the overall experience. Just as I read yelp reviews before I started out, I believe sharing our experiences in such a forum empowers the average consumer. Not only did I get the car I wanted (black interior /black exterior), but I also got a fully-loaded version. In hindsight, I don't know what I was thinking considering getting a base model. Leather and nav (with free subscriptions to Destination Agent and Safety Connect make the experience of driving a car super comfy and fun. I also want to mention that I had a good experience with Bayridge (I worked with John Pagano). If they had the car I wanted in stock, I would have gone with them cause they were local (in NY). But now, I'm glad I went with the bigger dealer. PRestige's service area is super impressive. Eric hooked me up with a free pick-up and drop-off service from Ramsey to Queens and a loaner car whenever I need any service on the Lexus. They are also interested in building a service relationship with me. I like that! I had a great experience with Prestige Lexus and would recommend them wholeheartedly. I also think you have to be a smart consumer to get the better end of the deal! More

As a retired C-level exec at a F-500 corporation, I have demanding standards for business & total quality processes & this experience far exceeded them. General Sales Manager Eric Miller orchestrated the entire process in a thoughtful, transparent, zero-pressure & respectful manner. Sales Consultant Rosario Giaritta was outstanding in his knowledgeability, patience & personable manner throughout several test drives & color/ option package selection sessions. Financial Services Manger Jeff Lower was efficient & skillful in steering us through a flurry of paperwork. Finally, Vehicle Delivery Specialist Samantha Pelletier was enthusiastic, patient & highly knowledgeable in walking us through all the brilliant features of the two cars. The cars speak for themselves with a wonderful balance of aesthetics, performance & comfort, all set in a context of luxury. In sum, we are now proud drivers of two new '13 leased vehicles, the RX-350 & GS-350. The entire experience was Total Customer Satisfaction at its best. We couldn't be more pleased & would highly recommend Lexus vehicles & this stellar dealership team without reservation to all of our family, friends & colleagues.
