Unmatched and first class -- the two words that come to top of mind to describe Nick Manzi. Having leased and/or purchased no less than 7 vehicles in the last 12-years for me and my family, I have worke top of mind to describe Nick Manzi. Having leased and/or purchased no less than 7 vehicles in the last 12-years for me and my family, I have worked with many car sales professionals. None compare to the patience, knowledge, detail, customer service, listening, and overall honesty that Nick displayed. Over the course of several days, Nick was extremely generous with his time having spent 10+ long hours accommodating and addressing each of my myriad of questions. His pressure-free and 100% transparent approach to selling a car from the outset through to the end was simply unmatched and made the entire experience seemingly effortless and that much more enjoyable for me. This accounts for other Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota, Honda and BMW dealerships. Ultimately, I left Prestige extremely satisfied with not only the vehicle itself but the purchase price and overall experience. As a career-long consultant, I recommend that Nick too one day become a consultant -- to open a private consultancy to coach and train other sales professionals whether in the automotive industry or not so that others can benefit from his superb approach and great capabilities to improve their own, and thereby allow other car buyers to experience firsthand the same great car buying experience that Nick facilitates. For me, he has redefined my appreciation for and expectation of car sales professionals. I currently reside in Virginia but will be sure to purchase all future Lexus vehicles from Nick in northern New Jersey. Moreover, I will be sure to direct any prospective Lexus buyers to him. More

Emilio Rampone (sales manager), Samantha Pelletier (delivery specialist), and Jane Toledano (finance manager) were all courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. One person who really made this a special experience was NICK MANZI. He spent 2 days with me totaling more than 10 hours to help me nail down the right car that suited my needs at the right price. I went on a Friday and a Saturday which are the busiest days for dealerships. Even though potential clients were streaming in he was focused on only helping me thus foregoing potential sales. His honesty, patience and relentless effort in identifying the right car as well as informing me of all the crucial information associated with the respective cars wasn't for the purposes of making a sale but it was a reflection of his passion to make sure that a client is given choices and guidance that makes sense financially and in terms of needs. This dealership is not close to my home - the one closest to me did not have the vehicle I wanted. After several phone conversations, I drove to the dealership, saw the car and signed the papers. It was an easy process and I was not disappointed. Sometimes a dealer will tell you they have the car you want and then you get to the showroom and they try to sell you something you don't want because they never had the car you want to begin with. That did not happen - I'm happily driving the car I wanted! More

We were not rushed, in looking at our options and discussing the process of purchasing a new car. I just had the pleasure of picking up my second car from Prestige Lexus (Ramsey, NJ). Honestly, I was not even shopping for a new car as I was very happy with my 2008 ES 350, but that changed when super sa Prestige Lexus (Ramsey, NJ). Honestly, I was not even shopping for a new car as I was very happy with my 2008 ES 350, but that changed when super salesman Steve Manin called out of the blue. My car was in getting serviced and detailed. My '08 had 70,000+ miles on. Steve offered us a much newer 2010 ES350 with only 15,000+ miles for the exact same monthly payment and zero out-of-pocket expenses. No brainier. Jerry DiDomenico was the perfect finance guy. He took his time, answered all of our questions and went over every form. At one point, I mentioned that XCEL Federal Credit Union offered GAAP protection for less than Prestige was asking. That's where Scott Rieger came in. He knocked off a few bucks and we ended up splitting the difference. Scott also went over the financing slowly and methodically. He was as knowledgable and kind as Jerry. Jorge Davila was the young man who went over all the options in the car. I believe his title was Delivery Specialist. Even though my old and this new car are virtually identical, Jorge took his time and went over every option. I'm embarrassed to say I never used the built-in blue tooth in my old car because I forgot how to program it. Jorge programmed mine and my wife's. But I don't buy a Lexus without running the plan past Joe Scalo. Joe works in the service department and always seems to put my best interest first. He agreed, this was a no brainer. Remember, this is my second car from Prestige. I got to know Joe through my first car and I just feel comfortable going through him. Last note, the Prestige Service Department is the real reason I purchased from there. They are legendary. Several friends recommended them to me and now it's my turn to recommend them to others! More

No brainer. Steve checked our my current car during servicing so he knew exactly what he was getting-no surprises. Before I accepted the deal though, I snuck back to service to ask Joe Scalo what he thought. I don't bother Joe for little things like servicing my car, but on a deal like this, I sought out his opinion. Joe gives every customer te feeling that he is on our side, like an advocate. He agreed, I should jump on this deal. Further, he added that he knew the car I was getting and that owner was fanatical about servicing it. We sat down with Jerry DiDomenico, the F&I guy. Jerry was very knowledgable and nice. At one point, I casually mentioned that my credit union, XCEL Federal Credit Union, charges less for GAAP Protection than Prestige does. A few minutes later, Jerry brought in Scott Rieger, whom I gathered was his boss. Scott and I split the difference on the GAAP - very nice since I wasn't going to make a big deal of it. Both Scott and Jerry went painstakingly over every form. They were both very thorough and straight forward with us. Finally, Jorge Davila was the guy who went over all the options in the new car. Again, he was great. He programmed both mine and my wife's phone for blue tooth. He went over everything. Overall, the sales team, the service team, and the finance team were all outstanding. I do not see me shopping elsewhere anytime in the near future. Thank you! More
I was very impressed by the No Pressure salesmanship. I knew I wanted to purchase a Lexus and they did not push me to any car. I told them my price range and he found the perfect car for me.
