I was very impressed by the No Pressure salesmanship. I knew I wanted to purchase a Lexus and they did not push me to any car. I told them my price range and he found the perfect car for me. I dropped my 2008 ES 350 for servicing and detailing. No brainer. Steve checked our my current car during servicing so he knew exactly what he was getting-no surprises. Before I accepted the deal though, I snuck back to service to ask Joe Scalo what he thought. I don't bother Joe for little things like servicing my car, but on a deal like this, I sought out his opinion. Joe gives every customer te feeling that he is on our side, like an advocate. He agreed, I should jump on this deal. Further, he added that he knew the car I was getting and that owner was fanatical about servicing it. We sat down with Jerry DiDomenico, the F&I guy. Jerry was very knowledgable and nice. At one point, I casually mentioned that my credit union, XCEL Federal Credit Union, charges less for GAAP Protection than Prestige does. A few minutes later, Jerry brought in Scott Rieger, whom I gathered was his boss. Scott and I split the difference on the GAAP - very nice since I wasn't going to make a big deal of it. Both Scott and Jerry went painstakingly over every form. They were both very thorough and straight forward with us. Finally, Jorge Davila was the guy who went over all the options in the new car. Again, he was great. He programmed both mine and my wife's phone for blue tooth. He went over everything. Overall, the sales team, the service team, and the finance team were all outstanding. I do not see me shopping elsewhere anytime in the near future. Thank you! More
I just had the pleasure of picking up my second car from Prestige Lexus (Ramsey, NJ). Honestly, I was not even shopping for a new car as I was very happy with my 2008 ES 350, but that changed when super sa Prestige Lexus (Ramsey, NJ). Honestly, I was not even shopping for a new car as I was very happy with my 2008 ES 350, but that changed when super salesman Steve Manin called out of the blue. My car was in getting serviced and detailed. My '08 had 70,000+ miles on. Steve offered us a much newer 2010 ES350 with only 15,000+ miles for the exact same monthly payment and zero out-of-pocket expenses. No brainier. Jerry DiDomenico was the perfect finance guy. He took his time, answered all of our questions and went over every form. At one point, I mentioned that XCEL Federal Credit Union offered GAAP protection for less than Prestige was asking. That's where Scott Rieger came in. He knocked off a few bucks and we ended up splitting the difference. Scott also went over the financing slowly and methodically. He was as knowledgable and kind as Jerry. Jorge Davila was the young man who went over all the options in the car. I believe his title was Delivery Specialist. Even though my old and this new car are virtually identical, Jorge took his time and went over every option. I'm embarrassed to say I never used the built-in blue tooth in my old car because I forgot how to program it. Jorge programmed mine and my wife's. But I don't buy a Lexus without running the plan past Joe Scalo. Joe works in the service department and always seems to put my best interest first. He agreed, this was a no brainer. Remember, this is my second car from Prestige. I got to know Joe through my first car and I just feel comfortable going through him. Last note, the Prestige Service Department is the real reason I purchased from there. They are legendary. Several friends recommended them to me and now it's my turn to recommend them to others! More

I really enjoyed my experience at Lexus. This was my first time buying a car in the USA, (we just returned to the USA after a 23 year absence), and the sales rep, Peter Postorino, helped us to feel very first time buying a car in the USA, (we just returned to the USA after a 23 year absence), and the sales rep, Peter Postorino, helped us to feel very comfortable, confident, and relaxed. I felt that he had our best interests in mind, and he went the extra mile to help us with some important issues, for instance, regarding how best to end the current rental agreement we have with Hertz and he helped to return that car directly from the Prestige dealership so that we had to do nothing.
