I bought three cars from Prestige Lexus. I dealt with Leon Grebla on the last transaction which was a challenge since I had to trade-in a rear-wheel drive IS (from Florida) to AWD for New York. I arrived in their agency, and from the beginning Mr. Grebla was a total gentleman. I was able to purchase, and trade-in my '04 RX and '10 IS (Florida RWD) for two cars: one '08 RX 350 and one AWD '09 IS. Mr. Grebla was patient, caring and knowledgeable. I lucked out with their special financing @ 2.9% on both cars! I have e-mailed Leon since that time with a number of questions --- he was always prompt and helpful and couldn't be more courteous. I will always go back to Prestige and to Leon for future purchases. If you're seeking a non-pushy gentleman, who treats you with the utmost of care, then please ask for Leon Grebla. I have purchase a pre-owned 2007 RX350 last year mileage was 24,000, the service with this dealer is execellen but the quailty of the car is terrible, I was wonder went dealer sell a certified pre-owned are was 24,000, the service with this dealer is execellen but the quailty of the car is terrible, I was wonder went dealer sell a certified pre-owned are they really certified? or they just say is certified and charge few thousand more on the car. The first day I pick up my car from this dealer ( in New Jersey) on my way back to New York I already feel something different because when I drive up to 70 mph the steering wheel start to vibrate little bit but I did not take very seriously because I hardly drive so fast until.....few week ago I find out from other lexus dealer about 7 month ago my car is shaking every time when I drive up to 40 mph so I when to the lexus near by me to check they say I need to change all 4 tire so I change it and the shake was gone, and until this two month the steering wheel vibrate every time when I drive over 40 mph, and 3 weeks ago lexus call me for the recall so I when to the dealer get service and at the same time I ask for check up the problem, here is the problme the rotors need to change on all 4 wheels the drive side alloy wheel is distortion need to be change, I never hit on the curve or deep hole why the alloy wheel is distortion? and the mileage of today is only 39,000 I only drive for 15,000 miles and need to change rotors? I not a expert but my last lexus I drove for over 90,000 and didn't need a new rotors, which I believe when I purchase of this car the rotor already has problem, 15,000 miles will not kill the rotor, now I'm suspicious the miles is original or ....... Overall for this dealer, yes you can buy from them but if you are buying a pre-owned think twice or bring a expert. More
