Not long ago dealership's mgmt sent me a letter stating thye love to have me back as a customer. When my lease was up, I made one phone call and ask for any available sales person and that was James M. he listend to my needs and was very professional through out the process. We went to the dealership to pick-up the car, and met Chris who explained everything in the new car. Very professional enviornments and James was great.
