So this is my second review... because after such a great experience with my RX350, we went back and bought a certifed pre-owned RX350 for my husband. When I was getting my car I mentioned to my sales consultant, Nick, that my husband could use a used car that was low mileage and very comfortable. Within a couple weeks Nick called us to tell us he thought he had the right car for him. He was right. We got a very fair price for his trade-in, and ended up getting the second RX in the same month! I have to say that Nick is a great sales person. He was low pressure and not pushy... knew what we wanted... and again gave us a very fair price. Kudos to his manager, Elgin Swift, for honoring the price he gave us for the trade in. I am just so satisfied with this dealership. I will be back when my lease is up. More
