On 6/26/13 my Lexus HS250h was brought in for regular maintenance. Two days before I experienced a flat which was repaired at another Lexus service shop where additional work was recommended that I decl maintenance. I was dubious about some of the recommendations, as they seemed implausible. Prestige's Service Department promptly opened at 7:30AM and my car was immediately received. The Service Consultant, Andy Bowyer, reviewed the work requested, clarified issues suggested by the other service shop, reviewed any other outstanding notices on the make & model. His recommendations were completely explained, more (entirely) reasonable in comparison to that 'recommended' elsewhere, and less expensive. He, as well as the rest of the Service staff, were most courteous, accommodating and professional in carrying out their work. As the maintenance was performed, Andy provided regular updates on the progress and completion. Total satisfaction! While at the dealer, I also took the opportunity to look into trade-in possibilities, even though the sales department had not yet opened. I was met by Todd Van Gorp with whom we discussed certain possibilities and he offered to have the Sales Consultant, Steve Manin, with whom we had dealt previously, call me when he came in. Service was completed before Steve arrived, so he called later and we checked the possibilities out over the phone. Needless to say, the discussion with Steve was straight-forward, professional and appreciated, even though it did not result in a trade-in this time. I strongly recommend this dealer to anyone in Northern NJ or adjacent NY considering a Lexus as their next vehicle, both for a fair deal and great service! More

He answered our questions directed us to other sales help. We left your dealership quite impressed and continued our car shopping at other types of dealerships, narrowing our choices to an Audi Q5 and the Lexus RX 350. Our experience at Audi was not the same also they were very rigid with there pricing . Me and my son returned Monday june 17th and sought out nick who remembered me. He was surprised we asked for him. He explained and demonstrated much of the features off the RX 350 we chose and allowed us to test drive it. I explained to nick about some credit issues I had and he said that your finance department was first class. He made no promises's, assured us they would do their best and they came through for us. Jeffrey Lower called me with the great news the next day and explained some of the difficulty's he over came to provide me with financing . I returned that evening met with Scott and finished the purchase.I was very impressed by the Professionalism and knowledge of all your staff I was involved with and am proud to say I purchase my Lexus at Prestige. So this is my second review... because after such a great experience with my RX350, we went back and bought a certifed pre-owned RX350 for my husband. When I was getting my car I mentioned to my sales consultant, Nick, that my husband could use a used car that was low mileage and very comfortable. Within a couple weeks Nick called us to tell us he thought he had the right car for him. He was right. We got a very fair price for his trade-in, and ended up getting the second RX in the same month! I have to say that Nick is a great sales person. He was low pressure and not pushy... knew what we wanted... and again gave us a very fair price. Kudos to his manager, Elgin Swift, for honoring the price he gave us for the trade in. I am just so satisfied with this dealership. I will be back when my lease is up. More
