For 10 years I have been bringing my car to Lexus for service, and purchasing Lexus vehicles, and the service is always exceptional. A lot of people will say "you spend more money when you get your car f service, and purchasing Lexus vehicles, and the service is always exceptional. A lot of people will say "you spend more money when you get your car fixed at a dealership shop" and whether or not this is true, one thing is for sure, the trust is there. Many of the employees are long standing so customers can built trust and working relationships. What is very impressive is all of the people employed are certified, and have an understanding of the car mechanisms and mechanics. - Over the years I have dealt with Walter Kosik, Dave Delmonico, and Mike Ciccone. They are never too busy to go over your car concerns, or explain something in detail. A loaner is always provided to customers who book appointments, and they make every effort to service ones car expeditiously. The go the extra mile too. When I recently picked up my car I found my carpets had been cleaned for gratis. Just a nice gesture. The dealership though will always clean and wash your car before you pick it up. They do a lot of extras that other car dealerships do not do, even high end ones. One time I was unable to bring my car back so Lexus offered to bring it to me and pick up the loaner. This is another example of where they will go the extra mile for their customers. I guess this is why I am on my third Lexus since 1998. Not only is it a wonderful and reliable car but the dealership (service/auto body shop), helps you maintain a wonderful reliable car! You will find nothing short of excellence at Lexus of Ramsey. I spent a long time searching for a new car (I even went to other Lexus dealerships). I have been driving for approximately thirty years and have owned/leased several makes of automobiles ranging from VW Rabbits to Mercedes. My most recent car was an infiniti until my lease came up and decided to go the the nearest Lexus Dealership in Ramsey, NJ. I walked in with my wife and baby and was greeted by Mr. David Laboriel who greeted us with Smiles, warmth and kindness. He was wonderful to do business with from start to finish. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and understanding. When we left both my wife and I looked at eachother and said that we have to give the sale to David. I just came from the dealer this afternoon to pick up my car and could not be happier!! 100% rating! Thanks agian David and the others who helped me out. More
This dealer has made it possible for me to stay with Lexus. I expressed my concerns about being at a certain price point and they did everything they could possibly do to meet my needs. Carl Taylor was extremely professional. He was also very helpful and even came in on his day off to accomodate me. I found him to be friendly, helpful, curteous and very tuned in to the nuances of what we helpful and even came in on his day off to accomodate me. I was expecting the sales people to be pushey and have the salesmen B.S us. I prepared myself mentally for a fight, I did my research and like most everyone went on the Internet and did the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds pricing. My Mom also had a trade in so again I was expecting a fight to try to get the best trade in price for a vehicle that was in excellent condition. We entered the Prestige dealership which was beautiful and advised the desk employee that we just were looking,she said that if we needed to speak with a salesperson to just leave our name and a representative would be called for us. We checked out the vehicle we were interested in, the RX 350 without being approached or hounded by a sales person. Only when we were ready did I leave our name and only then did we speak with a salesperson. We were lucky to have a no B.S "straight shooter" type salesmen who was the consemate professional. He was well versed on the product and we were highly intuned to the "sales" approach. We were happy that Todd Van Gorp didn't leave that impression on us at all. Sales in gerneral is a hard job, cars sales must be that more difficult due to people's perception of salesman being pushy etc. Todd was a perfect gentlemen, he spoke to my mom, who was buying the car with honesty and respect. I was pleasently surprised that I actually like the guy, as did my mom. That's rare of course because we think everyone is out to get us..lol. Todd was exceptional in his starightforward approach and honesty. He didn't play the "let me go talk to my manager game" and we told him what we wanted to pay, what we expected for the trade in, and he had it approved and that was that. In the end the deal was made without fanfare, my mom got a good, fair deal and most importantly we felt that we did when we left. Todd went over the car with my mom and the dealership handled all the papaerwork. We drove in with the trade in and we left in the RX 350 within two days of walking in. We highly recomend Todd Van Gorp if you decide on a lexus. A shophisticated,smart,professional, and honest car salesmen does exsist at Prestige lexus. More

He had superb patience and a very upbeat personality that is unusual to find in auto sales - or any sales. He was friendly without being overbearing, and he dealt with us as if we were old friends or family. He genuinely loves the Lexus product and we appreciated every minute we spent with him. Kudoos for bringing him into your Lexus sales team. In every step of the way, Bon made us comfortable, and while the Lexus sells itself, it was our good luck to meet and get to know such a warm, caring, knowledgeable young man. I know we will see him again, and will strongly recommend him to friends and family. One item that surprised and disappointed us in the details of the auto was the fact that you did not install coat/jacket hooks over the rear seat doors. Are there after =market items that you install to correct this very small negative of this great auto? More

I and my wife both test-drove two different cars (yes, it means 4 test-drives). He was extremely patient and friendly while we were driving the cars. OK. Let's be honest and get to the point. As a rational buyer, I cared more about the price, not the service. What I liked about Bon was that the way he spoke was concise and to-the-point when we were discussing the price. He gave me the best possible offer and I got my new Lexus today. It was definitely a pleasant buying experience. More
I am the owner of a 2010 Lexus RX 350 which is an exceptional vehicle. Check engine light went on and brought to Prestige Lexus immediately. After numerous diagnostic checks it was discovered I had exceptional vehicle. Check engine light went on and brought to Prestige Lexus immediately. After numerous diagnostic checks it was discovered I had received a bad tank of gas (10% water). They kept us totally informed of the procedure to correct and what needed to be done. The work and service was preformed in a very professional manner. Samples of gas and documentation were provided to us and suggestion made I call Department of Weights and Measurers to report incident and location of suspected gas station. Car was returned in prestine condition and I am totally confident the problem has been taken care of. The 3 gentlemen named above could not have been more caring and truly concerned and as upset for us that this happened. It was important to me to mention them and to say Thank you, job well done.
