Buyer for Lexus Es350 They first tell me the vehichel is sold after driving 2 hours to the dealership. So they show me other damaged cars. Then they tell the vehical has a deposit placed and good until 2pm the same day. 2pm passes and we take the car for a drive. We come back and the sales person tells us the other person who gave the deposit is here to buy it. I told him its too late. So sales person tells me we cant take a single penny off the vehical. So i agreed to purchase it at full price. Then he tells me the vehical will not be lexus certified. I would have to pay another 1300 on top of the price. I told them on the website and carfax report its lexus certified. I still purchased it without the certification. Then we went to the finance department. The finance guy offer me 5.19apr having a credit score of 825plus. I told them that and they said it doesnt depend on that. He lowers it to 4.99apr. How does that work. He makes his own apr. Then he tells me I cant put more than 3000 on my credit card and nomore than 12000 personal check. At that point I was mad and wanted to pay off the car on the spot. He tells me to get a bank check on a saturday around 4 or 5 pm. They didnt even clean the car from the inside. They play big time games. I wouldnt go back there again. Jose was the sales manager calling the shots. Jason Park was a good guy but he had no control of anything. More
