The best and most honest service center! The staff at this service center are amazing, especially the service manager Walter! My car had a strange sound coming from the front suspension. The The staff at this service center are amazing, especially the service manager Walter! My car had a strange sound coming from the front suspension. The sound was intermittent, and only occurred when it was very cold out and when the car was sitting outside overnight. I originally took the car to a different dealership that was closer to my house. That other dealer drove the car, looked at it, and brushed me away saying nothing is wrong. That other dealership didn't want to waste time looking for a hard to find noise! When i brought my car to prestige and explained my concern, Walter got personally involved and drove the car. He personally wanted to find that stubborn noise. He started with removing the sway bar and driving the car. The noise was still there eliminating the sway bar as a potential problem. They then greased the struts, and the noise was gone. It was gone for a few weeks until the grease wore away and they started to make noise again. We called Walter to tell him that its back. Without hesitation, he said that he would order new struts for us! He took care of us and gave us a loaner car! Now my car has new from struts and the noise is really gone. I am very thankful for his kindness and care! More

Great dealership. I had been coming to Prestige for service for the last year, and they were very good. So when the time came to trade in my old 450Rxh, I asked my ser I had been coming to Prestige for service for the last year, and they were very good. So when the time came to trade in my old 450Rxh, I asked my service rep Gary (who I highly recommend) and he recommended John Day. I couldn't be more satisfied. John was pleasant, helpful, very informative and guided me through the process - which was fairly effortless. I got a great deal and John worked with me to come up with a package which fit my budget. John in Finance was very helpful and Les was phenomenal in teaching me about all the new technology, he taught me things I didn't even know about my old car. The entire team was awesome. And now I will happily go back to Gary in Service, when needed. More

Great Lexus Dealership! I was very impressed with the service dept this was my first service visit. I released a new car this past August and did not care to use the previous I was very impressed with the service dept this was my first service visit. I released a new car this past August and did not care to use the previous Lexus dealership because strictly because their servicing of the car was terrible. I had great sale expierence with Mr John Day and everyone who I was in conctact with, the day I picked up my car. My service visit yesterday from the person who took my car and to Mr. Jeff Lucca, who handled the service detail, along with comfortable waiting area and great refreshments too, made me happy that I switch to this place.
