Great experience Staff is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on both product pricing and negotiating the FINAL price. High points, Jason Park and Vinny (The Technical consultant) both made it fun to buy/ lease a car. The only low point was it took longer than expected and at the end of the process that left us and we are sure the staff very tired. Our first contact at the dealership was with Jamie Massimi. Meeting her was a delight as she greeted and made us feel welcomed when we arrived, and made sure we were well taken care of. We had a small issue regarding the registration of the vehicule when we arrived back in N.Y. due to our misunderstanding and she directed us to the proper party who responded to our delima. Should any of our friends relatives or colleagues consider a Lexus, we will definately be sending them to PRESTIGE LEXUS OF RAMSEY, N.J. More

Poor customer service, expensive, waste for loyal customers After good experiences with other lexus dealers, it is fair to say that this dealer is awful. The service rep lied about the timeframe needed to revie After good experiences with other lexus dealers, it is fair to say that this dealer is awful. The service rep lied about the timeframe needed to review the vehicle and wasted several hours of my time. He said it would take 10minutes to have the technician review the vehicle so that I can determine what was neccessary. Instead it took 3hours and then I needed a loaner. He should have offered a loaner immediately. Secondly, the items that were paid to be repaired were not as agreed upon. The expensive service costs for a supposedly high quality vehicle requires high quality service, one would expect. It makes you wonder if they were cutting corners and one loses trust in the lexus quality with these types of experiences. More

Horrible experience, do not return calls Tried purchasing a car from this dealership and called and spoke with a phone responisist and I was told the sales manager would call me back. I was n Tried purchasing a car from this dealership and called and spoke with a phone responisist and I was told the sales manager would call me back. I was never called back after calling many many times I knew the car I wanted to purchase this was suppose to be easy. Came in to the dealership 3 days after I made the deal over the phone with the girl from the call center not even a sales manager. Came in was not treated good. When I drove the car home took over 5 hours when we knew the car and agreed on the price before hand. What took so long? They were just not being professional. I was given a rate that I did not sign up for I told the sales man as well as the accountant the month term and he had the price of the car wrong as well as the gems which inflated my interest rate which is a rip off. Not only that...the back fog light was out and needed to be brought back to get repaired, there was water in the trunk and all around the battery this is seen before and car was detailed however never detailed. Ash in cigg tray. Also was told breaks were good and they have been squeezing since I drove the car home. I had to bring the car back...I live over 2 hours away so very Incoconvient to do for a car I just purchased. The entire process was not a good experience. I purchased my bmw fr Across the street Presteige so thought they would be good and they are not. More
