Emergency Service After Pothole Experiance Professional Staff - very responsive. I had an a blow out due to a pot hole and called Lexus Service for an appointment in 20 minutes. I was told to Professional Staff - very responsive. I had an a blow out due to a pot hole and called Lexus Service for an appointment in 20 minutes. I was told to come right over and they would fit me in under the circumstances. I needed a new tire and rim. Rim was not available that day so I was offered a loaner which was great and allowed me to transport home. The car was ready the next day and all cleaned up. Just thought the pricing of the rim was a bit high, other than that all was good and just wish I didn't hit the pothole on our great NJ roads. I have been a Prestige Lexus customer for over 20 years.
